Summer Projects

I have been searching Ravelry for some pattern inspiration...

I needed a little project to take with me during summer travels (both kids are driving now...so I have ZERO intention of driving at all this summer)


An Italian Summer Scarf is a fun knit that I think would be SOOOOOO cool with Cumulus Rainbow. I'm thinking I'll knit half way through the ball then start decreasing so I don't have any leftovers. It will be a great way to show off the long color changes of this yarn. And the pattern is FREE!!!

I'm also craving a bag like this...


So I think I need to crochet the Summer Days Daisy Bag with Cotton Supreme (which is being restocked TODAY!!!) This would be fun to make the squares on the go and then piece them together while watching a movie or two!

Of course if my kids are driving, I might have VERY different gauge for each square!!

Free Pattern - Moose Mountain Cowl

Materials:  Yarnalia Cloud - 50g / 142 Yards - Main Color = Grey, Contrast Color = Blue 70% Baby Alpaca 7% Merino Wool 23%Recycled Polyamide US13 24” Circular Knitting Needles   1 Stitch Marker   Gauge : 12.5 stitches per 4” in Pattern Finished Measurements:  Jen’s  Pattern Notes:  We love using this little knitting hack of knitting one round when we change our colors.
