I recently finished the Traveler's Shawl after a family trip to Bellingham. I figured it was fitting to bring something called the Traveler's Shawl on a mini-vacation!! This shawl is two colors (you want a high contrast!!) and technically it is garter stitch...but to create the micro striping that gives you the tweed look, you work 1 row of your main color then immediately work 1 row of your contrast color before turning and working the backside of your work...pretty crazy right? It's a super fun knit and has enough going on to keep your attention. I used Zen Yarn Garden in Kyanite and Terra Cotta (we are out of the Terra Cotta but will get more in stock!)
