May Yarn of the Month

Drifter & Subtle Drifter are the yarn of the month for May!! This super soft, DK-weight yarn is perfect for baby knits or easy-care sweaters for people of all ages!

I'm currently crocheting this blanket (this isn't my photo...this is from the pattern page as mine is VERY tiny but I'll update with photos soon!!!) with a few colors of the Subtle Drifter

We have also used Drifter for a really cool entrelac scarf (we used this free pattern, but went down 2 needle sizes as we were using DK yarn)

And probably my FAVORITE project I have knit with Subtle Drifter is the Entrechat DK sweater. This is my GO TO for baby showers!!! there is an adult version too!! And the cute crochet shirt underneath is the Jasmine Baby Shirt by Kickin Crochet also knit with Drifter!

Karen Chemo Cap 5th Anniversary Makeover

I had someone ask me about the Karen Chemo Cap Fan Stitch and I decided the video and pattern were both in need of a make-over! Especially when I noticed this year is the 5th anniversary of publishing this pattern. When my mom had chemo I made her a few different hats because honestly it felt like the only thing I could do. I designed this one just for her, and was super excited when it was her favorite! After she passed I wasn't sure I wanted to release the design, but with a little time...it felt like the right thing to do!
